  I brought my car to Glen Allen Transmission for some necessary repairs and maintenance. I was suddenly getting a number of different warning lights telling me I needed immediate service. I brought it here rather than going back to the local dealership because they previously did a great job replacing my transmission. They were quick, efficient and kind, as always. They kept me updated on the issues they found and the status of the repair. They also did a checkup on the new transmission and changed my oil. I appreciate having a mechanic I can trust. I have to go out of my way to get there, but it's worth the drive.

  Outstanding customer service! Jordan and mechanics are knowledgable and provided detailed estimate of recommended service, including breakdown of parts and labor. This helped greatly to determine service needed now, and items to address in the future. I received a recommendation to use Glen Allen from a trusted mechanic who retired earlier this year, and am very satisfied with the service provided.

  Fastest oil change and state inspection ever from anybody else. I exclusively go to Glen Allen Transmission. I don’t trust anybody else to take care of my vehicle.

  Tyler was very good at explaining what he was finding on the issues I had questions on with this vehicle. He made the repairs he suggested and an additional one he found which definitely would have caused issues. I recommend this shop for anyone trying to locate a shop for repairs. I will not hesitate returning if we have any new issues in the future.
