  Ran out of propane because they haven’t done a route near my house since February and was told I wasn’t due till July, per some unknown calculation. It’s June now and was told I won’t have a route to fill till almost a week later, after calling and telling them I ran out the night before. I have a special needs kid and two others that I need the heating elements for. Unacceptable, there needs to either be an outreach program to gauge how much is left, or more frequent routes.

  We've had Glaser Energy since 2020 when we purchased our home. Company and drivers are reliable & professional with friendly customer service. They have an online bill payment service which works well!

  If no communication and poor customer service are things you value then go with this company. I've been a customer for about 5 years and it's progressively gotten worse. It started off with charging me twice every time they wanted to fill up so I'd be charged a total of $800 for a tank fill and then have the money refunded but it would overdraft my account. They would show up randomly and drive across my septic tank (which was nowhere near my propane) and sit on my property for extended breaks. Their customer service is atrocious. Britton has the worst attitude I've ever experienced in any service industry. When I made a complaint about drivers driving over my septic tank she threatened to take my tank away. It's clear that the better Glaser brother went out East. Save your money and save yourself an aneurysm and go with literally anyone else.
