We worked with Jake at Apex and he was a true professional. The homes are beautifully designed with modern layouts, energy-efficient features, and high-end finishes that make everyday living both comfortable and stylish. What impressed me most is how GL Homes prioritizes not only the house itself, but also the entire community. The neighborhoods are well-planned with resort-style amenities, lush landscaping, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you proud to call it home. The build quality is outstanding, every detail feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully finished. The community is well-planned, safe, and full of amenities that make it feel like a resort.   We are looking forward to our New Home in “Valencia Sky” in Naples.From the day we walked thru the sales office door it has been a “wonderful experience”… “Thank you”Heather for encouraging us to look at the 2 story.. helping us choose the “prefect lot”..to the model …We are thrilled with our decisions with your professional guidance.. Then on to choosing your “ interior designs” so many choices ..you walk into Eva’s office with a huge smile and warm welcome .. assurance this will be a fun experience don’t worry .. and that it was she is soooo talented .. thank you for making the entire visit delightful.. never feeling rushed just the opposite..encouraging us to take out time ..   We purchased our home in 2018 in their Berkeley Boca community. We had been very pleased with our home until now. Upon having some work done in our home we discovered several large holes above our kitchen cabinets that exposed the wiring for the cabinet lighting. Needless to say I was shocked! I am out of warranty so my contractor is fixing them. This is just unacceptable for a builder who stakes their reputation on being a quality builder would leave shoddy work.
