  The teachers are great, but the people who run the school aren’t. They blatantly lied to all the students, saying they wouldn’t be doing construction during school hours. Every day for the last month I walk into a safety hazard. I bring models in, and they have to breathe in saw dust and paint fumes. Last week I walked into the break room and stepped on a nail that was sticking out of a piece of plywood. It’s not okay. I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone.

  Truly the best experience I could ask for. From my amazing instructor Ms.Sacha to the amazing other students and staff, I couldn’t be happier. This school prepared me thoroughly for my state board exam for manicuring. I just took my exam this morning and passed with flying colors and I attribute it all to my experience at GK Academy (specifically Ms. Sacha- you are the best!!!) This school is clean and compliant with state board which was such a huge factor for me when choosing a school. I love how readily the instructors are eager to help and answer any questions. The manicuring program is outstanding. The practical hours were so helpful. I feel beyond ready to start my career as a nail technician. I even may want to do the esthetician program here eventually. The teacher Ms. Rachel is also amazing so I know I would be in good hands! If you’re looking for a school for cosmetology, esthetics, or manicuring, this is the school for you. You will definitely be ready and prepared for your exam, I only graduated two weeks ago and took my test today and passed on the first try, so that is a testament to how ready you will feel upon completion of your chosen course. I could go on and on about this school but I will leave it at “thank you GK Academy!!!” I already miss it!

  I had a really good experience here and feel like I learned a lot. I had hands on experience and feel like I got to practice my new skills. I highly recommend and feel confident in my learned skills. Teachers were extremely helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable

  My experience at cosmetology school was fantastic. I gained a strong foundation in hair, skin, and nail services, and learned about the business side of the industry too. The school taught me various skills like cutting, coloring, and styling hair, as well as applying makeup and performing facials. I think the hands-on training and guidance from instructors really prepared me for a career in the beauty industry.

  I recently completed the Cosmology course at GK Academy, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the course was thoughtfully structured, deeply informative, and incredibly engaging. The instructors demonstrated both expertise and passion, making complex topics accessible and fascinating. The materials were well-organized, and the support from the academy staff was always prompt and helpful. I am very, very happy with the education I received and feel fortunate to have found a program that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend GK Academy to anyone interested in exploring cosmology or expanding their knowledge in a supportive, high-quality learning environment.
