  We had such a great experience at Giordano’s! Emma was fantastic — bright, bubbly, and so attentive. She remembered it was my husband’s birthday and made the meal extra special. My gluten-free pasta was amazing, one of the best I’ve had! We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Emma next time!

  Emma was the best. Very attentive and helpful. All of our food was amazing (as always here). I was so happy when they put this location up in my city AND five minutes from my house! Now I don’t have to wait for a Chicago trip to get Giordano’s amazing pizza!!

  Amy was our waitress. She was fabulous. We asked if we could watch a specific college football game. She and the crew went out of their way to find the game and then even pulled the shades to take away the glare. Amy was great at keeping our drinks filled and was super friendly!!!

  We came for dinner last night. The bruschetta was excellent and the deep dish pizza was good but had a long wait. They seemed understaffed. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because the manager ruined the mood. We heard her berate the waiters a handful of times. Instead of helping the waiters who were running around she loudly critiqued them for not doing this and not doing that. I understood you have a job to do, but don’t make your customers hear. It felt like we were watching one of those Gordon Ramsey shows not enjoying a relaxing dinner. We will give them another shot because the food and waitress were great.

  If you're coming here for the first time, just order the deep dish. It takes a while to cook, but is worth it. Someone in my group orders the thinner crust pizza and wishes they had ordered the deep dish everytime. Another person in my group wanted to replace the red sauce in their deep dish with white sauce and they accomodated with no issues. It got pretty busy on a Friday evening and the server we had was given our large group and another clear across the room. We didn't get a lot of refills, but he was on point before it got busy. Also the starter salads are not worth your money, they're quite small considering the price point. Will be back.
