  ordered new tavern style but received a bad thin crust. When tried to call left on hold and finally disconnected. This location does not appreciate loyal customers. Message received.

  So we landed early from O’Hare on Saturday and we were on the way to visit someone, but had left home early so we were starving. Every time we come into the city, we stop at Giordano’s. This location ruined our pizza experience- we ordered tavern style pizza and got brought thin crust, which does not taste good at all. They forgot to make one of our deep dishes, and suddenly we were running late for our visit. Do not recommend this location at all.

  Una atencion normal, me cobraron por una starry 22.50 $ es un absurdo, me dieron una factura con 18 % de propina ya ingresado y me dieron el chopify tap para hacer el pago en la pantalla aparecia para agregar la propina y coloque 4.23 $ $ al final no me dieron la factura, cuando la.pedi resulta que se fueron 15 $ de propina, absurdo dar 15 $ se propina por ir a comer una pizza de 38 $ y una atencion mas mala que buena...

  I ordered the new Tavern Style Pizza from this location, and it was completely inedible. Parts of the pizza were so hard and dry they couldn’t be chewed, the cheese was burnt and stuck to the box, and there was no pizza sauce at all. When I called to report it, the manager told me, “That’s how we sell it — it’s supposed to be very crispy,” and said I’d have to bring it back for a refund even though it was already late at night. I found that response unhelpful and dismissive. I’ve enjoyed Giordano’s for years, but this was an awful experience — poor quality and poor customer service. A pizza should be crispy, not burned and moistureless. I expected much better from Giordano’s.
