Love the pizza!! (The only downside is that it’s always cold in the restaurant, especially in the winter.) Wait staff and management do a great job! Shout-out to Angela for being an excellent waitress the last time we were there also.
The place has a nice vibe and the staff was very cool, making sure I was ok with the wait time required for a full pie and coming by to chat when they could.
Obviously the food was incredible. Was especially impressed with the crust. I'm still slowly making my way through my leftovers.

Waited almost 10 minutes to be seated - the hostess was busy on the phone the entire time and didn't bother to even look at or greet the people waiting. After finally getting a table, it was again a waiting game - coming to get the drink order took another 8-10 minutes - don't think I've seen this lazy service in any Giordano restaurants I've been to. The lasagna however was great so kudos for the tasty food but I'd rather go to places that care.

I do not want to sound disgruntled, but this is the worst pizza, I ever had. The crust was half cooked, they put bunch of olives and cheese, it is bland and just cheese and olives for the veggie deep dish. Please do not waste your money, it is more gimmicy and less worth wait of 45 minutes.
We went to celebrate a family birthday, with a party of ten.
Seating: We had to push three tables together (booth on one side and chairs on the other) to sit together. One side was against a wall. So if someone at the end of the booth had to use the restroom, 5 others had to slide out of the booth to let them out - not ideal. It also has high ceilings so sound carries, making conversation a little difficult.
Food: I had deep dish pizza, which I love in general. We had the pepperoni and sausage with onions and peppers. It was good but not impressive. Of the 4 of us who shared deep dish pizza, only 2 really liked it.
2 people got pasta with bolognese sauce, and none of them liked it much. Both said they wouldn’t order it again. 3 others tried the pasta and also said they weren’t fans.
3 people got sandwiches - 1 caprese and 2 Italian beef. The caprese wasn’t a hit. 1 person said they’d get the Italian beef again but without the peppers.
We got a bruschetta appetizer, which was good.
Service: Someone got a thin crust pizza, which they accidentally made deep dish. It took over 30 mins for them to bring the correct order after bringing other food. Someone got the wrong pasta as well, and had to wait a long time to get the new one. They took off the price of those dishes, which we appreciated, but those people didn’t get their food until everyone else was pretty much done and we had to ask the waitress several times about it. We also received the wrong soft drinks a couple of times.
We were asked if we wanted cheese on sandwiches and not told it was an upcharge, which some people said they would have skipped if they had known.
We asked for ranch on the side for fries, and weren’t told it costs $1.50 for a tiny cup of ranch. We asked our waitress for it at least 3 times and never received it, but still got charged for it.
We were given a handheld card reader to pay at the table, and the screen only showed the total, so we didn’t see itemized charges until getting the email receipt with details. Of course by then we had left the restaurant.
The waitress disclosed upfront that there would be a mandatory gratuity included on our bill based on party size, which I appreciated.
I received an email survey asking for feedback about my experience. I gave 2/5 stars and gave feedback about erroneous charges and incorrect orders. Nobody from the restaurant has reached out about it.
