  We heard this Giodarno just opened so we wanted to give a try to support local business. The dining area is not that big. They only one person handling the carry out and serve the tables. There only three tables. We ordered salad, cheesy garlic bread and large special stuffed crust pizza. The cheesy garlic bread was pretty good. We had to wait for the pizza knowing that it takes time to make it. All three tables were waiting for pizza. The pizza was very good. The service was good too. We will come back.

  Ordered from their website at 5:40pm. 7:30pm came around and still no delivery. Decided to call. Number didnt work. At 8pm I drove to the store. Apparently their website doesnt communicate with their store and they never got my order, but charged my card for the ~$75 order with delivery fees and tip. The lady at the desk said she couldnt refund my money and i had to contact corporate. Its been 3 days and corporate still hasnt responded. Overall awful experience. I hope someone can make this right.

  Surprising to hear such negative reviews about this place 😕 I thought the girls who were working tonight were lovely! Sure my pizzas were running a bit behind, but the manager offered me some free dessert for my time! The other girl working even sparked conversation with me while I waited. Despite having to wait, I will be coming back again and again because not only is the food to die for, but I love the atmosphere and energy from this location! Definitely my new go to pizza place. Keep it up Giordanos. We see you!

  First of all, this tavern pizza was so nasty, it was definitely overcooked and so dry, it was inedible. Upon calling up to the store, the girl answered the phone with a “hello” like it was her own personal phone, I had to ask if I was calling the right place. I told her how the pizza was and she says that I have a couple different options but yet only gave me one, which was to bring the pizza back and have another one made. But the new one couldn’t be started until I brought the old one back….seriously?? I already waited 40 minutes for this dried up piece of cardboard. Oh and they don’t give credits, so there was $45 wasted. I’d rather spend my time and gas by going out to the Oswego location. Absolute disappointment!!

  The service was very slow in getting our food out. The servers suggested ordering an appetizer to kill time while waiting for our pizza and after waiting about 30 minutes just for our appetizer we had to ask about the status of the appetizer and the manager was like 5 more minutes and after waiting 20 minutes more it still never came so we cancelled that. And on top of that my wife ordered a small salad which she didn't get till after our pizza arrived and they even messed that order up and when we mentioned the mess up the manager gave us an attitude look as if it was our fault. Don't know if we'll come to this location again.
