  We had the pleasure of working with Gingrich Structures, and Sam Yoder for our 40x40 garage. Sam was very knowledgeable and was patient with us as we worked together to complete our structure. Sam was excellent at keeping us informed about the timeline and process as Gingrich’s crew were completing our building . Any texts or phones calls were answered in a timely manner. The crew that worked on our building was very professional. Bottom line, we believe we have an excellent building and we would have no concerns working with Gingrich Structures or Sam Yoder again.

  Gingerich Structures did a great job building our garage in Wisconsin. Bert Hershberger advised us throughout the entire process, and the construction team built a quality structure!

  We put up a 48x36 pole shed that we wanted to look like a barn structure. My husband & I were so pleased with everything from start to finish!! Simon was excellent to work with from meeting together to find out what we wanted, promptly responding to any questions or concerns we had & making everything run smoothly. Joseph & Zach were the carpenters who also did an amazing job!! They did beautiful work, cleaned up at the end of every day, were very polite & always informing us of what was next. There was a glitch in the concrete with miscommunication but Simon went above & beyond to make it right. We cannot say enough good things about Gingerich Structures specifically Simon, Joseph & Zach. They are all top notch!! Thank you, Simon, Joseph & Zach. We love our building!! You will be so pleased if you build with them!!

  I heard about Joe Yoder and Gingerich Structures completely by accident. They were constructing a barn for a neighbor and were about three quarters complete when I saw the building. I spoke to the owner who had nothing but praise for the workmanship and quality of the structure. Having been in construction myself, it was very helpful to observe the men’s hard work and craftsmanship. In the past I had owned three Morton buildings and lived in one for 30 years, being one of the first to construct a barndominium. I had just met with the Morton salesman three times for a quote on a barn on my property. I was amazed how much pricing had increased. I then met with Joe Yoder who was very knowledge about all aspects and features of his product and the construction process and within days had a complete price. I was shocked at the huge savings for a bigger and fancier building. With no hesitation, I signed contracts. Starting date was spot on, the crew worked together well, men were attentive to detail, showed great craftsmanship and the quality of the building was apparent. The best part the the project was the working relationship between myself and Joe Yoder. He answered every call, returned within one day with any answers needed. His original price was complete with no extra charges. The only snag I had was the interior finish on windows. Joe Yoder himself came out and redid them all to my complete satisfaction. The site was left clean and dumpsters were provided. I would highly recommend Joe Yoder and Gingerich Structures for anyone looking for a quality barn at a reasonable price.
