- AAAris AragonSep 20, 20211.0I wish there was a zero star option. Today I took my mother who is battling cancer for a consultation. We were hoping to find a natural looking wig for when she loses her hair. Instead we received the worst customer service. I simply asked if Gilda had wigs in stock that she could try on. Her response was that I was being negative, I shouldn't ask questions and that it wasn't my consultation it was my mother's. We immediately left. I hope this helps so you don't waste your time. I am also a hairstylist and never in a million years would I treat someone this way. Poor business practice and manners!!
