I desperately needed a rental car to drive while I waited on repairs! Gilbert & Baugh Ford was wonderful to accommodate me in short notice. Everyone was so nice and professional and I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful when I was already in a time of stress and inconvenience!

We live about an hour away, so Jeremy took a video of the car I was interested in so I could see it to help me decide to make the drive. Everything was quick and easy. Mr. Baugh took time out of his day to work with us and to make sure our transaction went smoothly. He made us feel at home. This was the first time we have ever had the privilege to work with the owner of the dealership. Also, let me also give deserving praise to the sales team. Derik, Thomas, and Kris were extremely helpful and had great customer service skills. They worked right along with Mr. Baugh to ensure our experience was a positive one. We will certainly be coming back when we are in the market for another automobile and recommending this dealership to our family and friends!!
