  I’m sad to write a bad review about this place. The flavors were so good but the food came out cold. I’m sure if the dish was served at the proper temperature it would have been a great. However, it was very apparent that they made the dishes in advance and tried to microwave them before serving. I’m not that upset about the advance preparation but giving us cold and badly warmed food ruined the experience. This was especially disappointing given the high price we paid for it. In addition, the service was almost non-existent and when we told our waitress the food was cold she didn’t apologize or seem too alarmed by it.

  Injera is great but I have to give 1 star because both times I ordered for delivery, waited an hour and a half and then the restaurant cancels my order :/

  Ive been coming to ghenet for years I left brooklyn and finally got the opportunity to enjoy it again when I was in town consistently great for years! ❤️

  Can't rate the food because we never got any. Came in at 7 pm and got water and menus. Then nothing for 45 minutes although others came in, were seated got food. At 7:45 I asked what was up and the server didn't respond. No explanation, no apology.

  Ordered via Uber Eats. I specifically asked for no cheese on the kategna, but it still came with cheese—which I can’t eat. Really disappointing. Also, the food was bland overall, with little to no salt. Definitely expected better attention to detail.
