  Tuve unos problemas técnicos ya que para mí era algo extraño que en un hotel no estuviese incluído el precio del estacionamiento, es algo a considerar. Sin embargo, entendí después de un tiempo que todos los hoteles al rededor tienen esa misma política. Sin embargo, luego de querer buscar otras opciones volví por ser uno de los más bonitos y mejor ubicado, no tuve duda de que era el indicado ya que me atendieron en todo el proceso de manera excepcional nuestros amigos Carrington y Jaylen, de verdad los felicito por su excelente servicio al cliente, ellos nos explicaron todo con detalle y fueron muy amables. Además las habitaciones eran muy limpias y bonitas y en la zona había de todo. Al día siguiente de nuestro check in, fuimos a desayunar y también tuvimos una buena atención de parte del chef Orlando, el cual cumplió con todas nuestras exigencias y expectativas. En general lo recomiendo y de volver a Atlanta no dudaría en quedarme nuevamente allí.

  This was a great stay! Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night and everything was wonderful from the room to the breakfast! It was my boyfriend's birthday and the staff did great with assisting with a nice surprise set up for him. Alexsus was great assisting from start to finish with accommodations. When we checked in the front desk wished him happy birthday and mt boyfriend looked so surprised they knew lol! The location is great, and the hotel offers good amenities such as a bar if you want to stay in. We felt welcomed and we were very pleased with our stay. We will definitely book again!

  Very nice hotel! Katrina checked us in after most flights out of ATL got cancelled. I’ve never seen anyone work so hard in a hotel and keep a friendly attitude! Hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was definitely worth the price!

  Katrina was absolutely amazing. She remained patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, even in the midst of stressful circumstances. Her calm demeanor and expertise made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciated her support and professionalism—she went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!
