He was very knowledgeable, helpful, quick to answer phone calls & patient with me while I was making decisions. The installation was the best of any carpet we’ve ever purchased. The installer & his helper worked efficiently pulling up all the old carpet, hauling it away & installing the new…they didn’t make one mark on any wall or woodwork. They even vacuumed all 4 bedrooms after they installed the carpet. Excellent from start to finish!

From initial contact until installation was two weeks. He is responsive to email and text messages, which is important to me. The installation team of Level One Flooring with Gus Aca was exceptional. Unfortunately, Gus was ill, but his team moved forward and installed 1200 sf of flooring in 1 1/2 days in spite of finding several unwanted surprises. They definitely would have finished in one day without the surprises. My thanks to Scott, Gus, and the team.
