She is very courteous, attentive to our concerns, pleasant and willing to listen and resolve any issues we may have. In addition, the recently hired maintenance man, Douglas Lieberman, has been very professional, hard working, and has made great improvements to our community. They have both been wonderful additions to our community and are definitely assets to your company.
