I gave him five stars because their service was great and now they have a phone system where you can actually talk to a real person.

Rick and associate returned today to R & R the previous installed regulators. They took great care in their work . Following completion, a detailed review including performance was conducted. All in order and working as advertised. Thank you Rick and associate working with you.

My experience with the company was disorganized. The bid that we accepted failed to recognize that the gas supply and electrical hook-up are on opposite sides of the house, so the cost and disruption of getting the system connected to the panel was not factored in or mentioned. The solution was to dig a trench along the side of the house and under the driveway, during which the irrigation systems and storm drains were damages. The company refused to pay for the repairs for these damages. The system is working, but I can't connect it to the internet because the crew did not leave the key to the box. I can't get to the QR code. First request not successful, but I'm optimistic that I'll get it.
