- DKDewayne KochAug 11, 20231.0By far one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. They sent Glen out to quote craning a pool for my company. He quoted a 300 ton crane which ended up being an over kill. When General Steel realized the quote was wrong they refused to honor the quote or the job. When asked 3 times to speak to owner, I was denied. Turned out to be a lucky break for us. Found a more professional company that was much easier and quicker to deal with and got the job done safely with a much smaller crane. Do your self a favor and stay away from this company. I would like to thank D Crane for the exceptional job completed.
