this website is a joke. there is no way to get ahold of anyone on the platform. there is no way to access my balance to pay the total off so I have no idea what I still owe. I have asked for a billing and receipt and have yet to receive any. send me something, allow me to see a balance, or stop taking my money and tell me I'm paid off. fix your site guys.

Received letter that various accounts for over $7,000.00. I called for creditors name an dates of service. Was told would give me creditors not dates of service. Called back an said disputed accounts want itemized statements on all accounts. Still no itemized statements an it's a violation of fdcpa not to send me. This lady started to tell me creditors names. I stopped her after first 3. My husband has been deceased for almost 9 years an these 3 were non medical an they had just added my name to them. First of all you can't add a spouse to non medical accounts an second these would all be statue anyway. This is the 3rd time since he died they have done this. This time if I don't get itemized statements an my name is not removed from his accounts I'm going to file complaint with fdcpa. I worked for collection company here in town for 16 years so I know rules an regulations. The company I worked for had integrity an would never have pulled any underhanded stuff like this. Don't trust them. An request statements to show original creditors, dates of service, an what the charges are for. Anything over 4 years old with no payments or over 4 years from your last payment made to them is statue. With a signed contract it would extend the rules above by 1 year for total of 5. Don't trust them an if don't want to tell you dispute to them an ask for itemized statements. It is your right so if they don't do it they are in violation an prabably because there is something shady about the accounts like statue, don't let them get you to make payment on them or no longer statue !!!
