I live in South Florida where it is hard to find trust worthy mechanics. But I trust Genes for everything. Now I was doing the math, take the wheel off plug the tire and by then you'd have all the air you need to fill it. Instead I was directed across the street and they fixed us no problem at all. Poor customer service, they lost us as a customer from that day forward, they cared more about going home

They explained things in a way that I could practically understand it and in a manner that I could trust them to fix my car. I was treated with respect and compassion... I felt like they were servicing my car like it was their own mother's car. I have my car back now and she's good to go for another 20 years...
