  Great selection and fantastic engagement rings options. They took the time to answer our questions and walk us through the process. They provided a large selection of loose diamonds for us to choose from. Thank you and definitely recommend to my friends.

  Unprofessional, disrespectful, “0”customer service. Made appointment on 09.22 for 09.23 for 2 pm, also received email before that. Showed up on time, spent in total 1,5 hours on freeways, few bucks for parking, just to find out from only one employee at work, who was accountant that “I am so sorry, today is Jewish Holiday, Can you come tomorrow?" You are kidding me right. They had so many chances to call me or send email prior to my arrival and notified me that it was canceled and/or rescheduled. Anyhow for business that according their statement “We are a family owned business since 1983 here in Downtown LA" I think it is very very unacceptable. I would not trust this people just because the way they treat their customers.

  Gem Dynasty is a class act and Frank goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want! Please keep in mind this is not a jewelry storefront but an imported and wholesaler of loose diamonds and custom engagement rings. They can design any engagement or wedding ring you can imagine. Frank does custom jobs which he emails the 3D design for your approval! Gem Dynasty specializes in Engagement rings and they are certified geologists. They even provide appraisal certificates. Their diamonds are GIA or EGL certified so I would feel extremely confident purchasing from Gem Dynasty. Give Frank a call when you are looking for your engagement/wedding ring. You won't be disappointed. I love this platinum Cathedral-style Solitaire ring for its simplicity. Very clean lines accentuates the perfect stone!l
