  We had the technician back because we have a fluctuation in our shower temperature. The technician seemed very annoyed because I couldn’t replicate the problem. He made me feel like this was our fault that he had to be there and that we were a bother.

  Great Service!! Jimmy Duggan did a great job as he always does!! I've known Jim's skills and quality of work for a long time and that's why we always ask for him to be our tech for our annual service cleaning. Your company is great. Keep up the excellent work!!

  Jon was early to our service call , analyse and quickly understood exactly what was needed and picked up on a condition that needed immediate repair. He is our plumber now. He made some recommendations so Jon’s company Galinas, will he coming back to make updates and improvements to our HVAC system. We are very happy we met Jon.

  We had them in to install a whole house humidifier and a smart thermostat on a new build. We got a reasonable quote back within a couple days (still waiting to hear from another company!). Service techs were all friendly, clean and respectful of property. Contact from office was good. The fact that they are local and locally owned matters. We have also signed up with them maintenance on all three pieces of equipment. Sean was in to finish up the Smart Thermostat. Works like a breeze!
