I went to the Hart family Jewelry store GDC I got a wedding band made there and got a engagement ring fitted. the satin finish on the area of the ring they worked on wore off within 2 months. scared to see what happens to the wedding band!!!! i know i got screwed by this joke of an establishment. I was also getting a wedding band for myself. I was turning in a ring that the week prior he put hundreds and hundreds of dollars more on. he knew that i had to have it done immediately to have the ring done in time so he changed up his game and tried to rip me off and then had the nerve to jack up the price on the ring i was going to have made. come on pal I had a quote a week ago for a better price from you at the same place. This is NOT a business that holds true to their word. they change up and don't care after they have made a sale or think you have no alternative way to get things done. GDC is the reason ma and pa shops are going out of business. poor ethics. no class. I explained to Joe that i am a great person to do business with. I send tons of people to all kinds of businesses because i network with a lot of people in my line of work. But i will also steer people away from a bad business by all means all of the time. there is a really nice jeweler down the street from there that i met next to joios "cias" i believe it was called. he couldn't do business due to my time frame but go down there before you ever go to GDC I got my ring done custom next day at William Penn jewelers. I did business with the owner (Michael) before and decided to give my business to him.
