  This past week they picked up my recycling bin but left my trash… no follow up as to why? Had many poor experiences over the last 10 years with Gauthier’s with very little effort to rebuild the relationship, just a “it is what it is” type of response.

  We recently switched from Cassella after decades of using them to Gauthier and we couldn't be happier. From talking with Denise in the office who is very pleasant and easy to work with to having Travis as our driver who is just great, we are very pleased we made the switch. If you are looking for a waste disposal option that has a local vibe compared to the corporate one that Casella has evolved into, then I can't recommend Gauthier Trucking enough.

  Such a great company, crew always helpful, funny, friendly, and keep things clean as they go and they go the extra mile. When I called to end service after 15 years (relo,), I said the hardest part of moving is ending service w/Gauthier's. All around solid business, work ethic and customer service. Don’t forget to tip your driver/helper-they work hard and are consistently on-time with a great attitude. I’m a management geek and the company is all about management and solid customer service.

  Woke up Friday morning to find that raccoons had strewn our garbage all over the lawn. I was late dropping my daughter off to work. I figured the Gauthier team would see it and just keep driving and I would clean it up when I got back. Twenty minutes later, I came home to a clean scene, not a single piece of trash to be found. Mary and her helper truly made the world a brighter place that day. Thank you, Gauthier team!

  Almost got pushed out of my lane and off the road and then tailgated by an aggressive Gauthiers truck driver who doesn’t understand the traffic pattern by SBHS (in a school zone) Called and gave the plate # to request that the driver be informed. Receptionist suggested I call the police as it is apparently an ingoing issue with dangerous drivers.Still waiting for a call back from the supervisor who was not available. Careless drivers. Dirty trucks
