  In reading the reviews posted here, looks like purchasing a car is a 5 star experience. My comments are regarding the BMW service experience. I have owned multiple BMWs and lived in many cities in the US and had them serviced at different BMW dealers. Really never had any problems with service. Move to the Southern Tier and trying to use Gault has been an entirely different experience. Almost every time I bring my car in and ask to have something done in addition to the required service, when I pick it up it has not been done. I ask was XYZ done? and the service advisor says yes, then I go out and nope, not done. Makes you wonder what is going on with the stuff you can't see. I was about to give up on this company when I decided to give them a last chance. I spoke with the Jason Pearson (sp) service manager to discuss my concerns... He listened and seemed to be understanding. He asked that I call him before my next appointment. Which I did and left a message telling him when I was coming in. No response from him, I foolishly thought he'd check in with me that day. Nope. I decided to look at new cars when I was there... I walked around the show room and no one asked me if they could help. I flagged down someone and asked about a certain model. He told me he is a manager, not in sales.... Stupidly, I thought he would get someone to help me. Nope. Maybe because I am female? Anyway, now my car is done and guess what.... They didn't do all the required service.....When i got the questionaire from corporate I let loose.... Guess who called me yep, Jason.... I did not call back... I am done. My new Range rover is in the drive way with my old BMW that I love.

  We recently bought 2 cars from Angelo and would highly recommend him. He made the process super smooth from start to finish on both sales. Great personality too!

  Always a great experience at Gault BMW! I just got my 2nd BMW from them! Big thanks to the sales manager, Michael Tulsey for allowing me spec out my very own build!! The entire process has been amazing!

  I highly recommend Gault Auto Sport BMW and Client Advisor Stephen Kane. Stephen's goal is 100% client satisfaction and not a quick sale. I was given as much time as needed to decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. Stephen was quick to respond to phone calls and texts. Stephen went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you, Stephen, we're enjoying our X5 Silver Anniversary Edition. I also highly recommend Gault's BMW Service Dept. and Service Advisor Bob Shea. I have used Gault BMW Service for many years and never been disappointed.
