Cody Mashburn was the assigned tech, and I am delighted with the work he did and the results with the door and opener. He diagnosed the main problem quickly, completely, and competently, and he found the related, secondary door materiel issues which prevented it from operating at full capability. After briefing me on options and gaining my concurrence on the required work effort, he worked quickly, professionally, and with expertise born of long experience. The new opener and its controller are perfect and reliable. Cody cheerfully programmed multiple remotes and two exterior keypads quickly and effectively. He finished all work in less time than he’d estimated, demonstrating to me the full operability of all components, and carefully ensuring that I was capable with, and happy with all parts of system operations and his work. Cody Mashburn did a splendid job for Gator Garage Doors, and he is an excellent representative of the company. Well done!
