  This has been the month of updating appliances and mechanics in my home. Then, the garage door. Scheduling was easy, technician called then showed up on time. Da Da Dahhhh. . . then came the reality. Douglas explained and showed me the situation, offered me options and came up with an estimate. My credit card started panting. Douglas and Gator Garage offered a 12-month, no interest payment plan. That I could do! Don't be afraid to have your garage work done. . . this company works with you. Meeting your schedule, making you feel confident in your decision and assisting with payment options.

  Randall Hays was an absolute professional. He answered all my questions and gave options that other companies did not. He was diligent in his work and completed the job like a champ. Randall was personable and communicative about every step of the installation process. Gator was willing to work with my budget, provide financing, and got the job done the day I called them. I would absolutely recommend working with Gator for all garage door repairs.

  I highly recommend Gator Garage Door Repair, as they offered exceptional same day service. My service tech Jalen Loggins was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service, repairing my door and installing a new opener within no time. He also gave thorough, honest feedback about the repairs needed, and didn’t pressure me to buy things I didn’t need.
