I have lived in the neighborhood since 2018 and if you compare the the first houses in the new houses, there is a huge difference in quality and even size. To be specific all new resident have been complaining about the poor quality homes from Starlight Home. And comparing what they paid for and what they got, it really dont add up. This developer is in a rush to sell as many homes as they can in the name of " Gateway Parks" being the top neighborhood to live in Forney. Stay away from Starlight Homes
