Poor internet speed, Starlink is better and more consistent connection. It’s funny I can get a signal out of outerspace better than I can get one out of a piece of fiber in my yard. Update: after 6 service calls and equipment being replaced 3 times, still unreliable connection and very poor speeds. You will get about 10 to 20% of their advertised speed. So if you order the one gig plan, you’re probably gonna be around that 100 to 150 MB.

Were without internet for almost 3 days now and because it went out of a Friday night, support told us oh well will have to wait until Monday at the earliest. When the world relays on internet and you provide an everyday service, support should be available every day

Internet has been down for 48+ hours now I’ve called support 4 times and they just tell me to restart my router and when that doesn’t work I’m told “a higher level tech will reach out to me in the next business day” so pretty much just got told I won’t have internet for 4 days because they tried an update late on a Thursday and didn’t fix it before the weekend. I’m not paying for this month and will be switching providers this is terrible. No ETAs no actual support just unplug the router and when that doesn’t work they’re stumped.
