    installation was quick and easy, took about 30m total. the service guy was excellent and was very nice! they had no issue with my request of location to install the line in the house. heard great things about gateway fiber and happy to get rid of the monopoly.

    I had the best experience with gateway fiber.Very professional and very reliable that even when I'm their way to make sure I had a good experience. I would definitely refer gateway fiber to all my friends and family. So far, the internet service has also been working outstandingly. Amazing no problems. The install was fast.     The quality of the internet is great, but the customer service is atrocious. My internet went down at 2am on 8/29/2025called first thing in the morning, was told I would get a call back to set up time for a technician to come. Called back at 2pm same day as I never received a call. Was told it was escalated to scheduling and I had to wait. Called back at around 3:30-4pm frustrated and put on call back. Call back finally happens at 6pm and I told the scheduling department has gone home for the weekend and there was nothing they could do. Its Labor Day weekend so likely have to wait until Tuesday before I'll even be able to speak to anyone. Thats five days without a service that im paying for, and being told I couldnt be helped because the scheduling department went home. If im calling the technical support I shouldn't have to be rerouted to scheduling to get a technician, they should be able to do it then and there.

    The expert technician that came to the house was very polite he explained everything that he was doing how he was going to do it and then when he was done he explained everything and how it worked without we asked about if they had phone service and they do which the gentleman that called did not say anything about the phone service so we are planning on getting our phone service to them too He's very considerate and kind and explained everything excellently

    Jumped on fiber as soon as it was available in my area. Have always been disappointed and dissatisfied with Comcast’s service and lack of assistance the few times I’ve actually needed it. Paying the same amount for more speed than I was with comcast without any unlimited BS plan. Do yourself a favor and check if GW Fiber is in your area. you’ll be glad you did
