Mustafa was patient, persistent, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, a good listener and he explained everything he did. He was even tolerant of my very friendly dog. He acknowledged and understood all the issues there has been regarding my HOA property manager. I would highly recommend him. He knows how to provide excellent customer service. He needed to return today and he brought treats for my dog and gave them to her after asking permission.
We recently signed up for Gateway Fiber newly installed in our neighborhood and are paying xxx for 600Mbps. We just learned that the other part of Plymouth/Eden Prairie with TMobile Fiber is getting 2Gig (2000Mbps) for LESS MONEY, price locked for five years as part of TMobile Founders Club.
It works out that we're paying more than TRIPLE per Mbps. Why are we paying more for so much less speed?

We had Gateway fiber installed several weeks ago but our various devices weren’t hooked up. Dakota Inderlee came out and he did a FANTASTIC job. He replaced a cable and then hooked up 5 or 6 different devices to the new WiFi service. He was VERY patient with me being “non-techy.” He had excellent communications skills and was EXTREMELY personable. He is a definite asset to Gateway and represents your company exceptionally well. He gets an A++++ from me today.
I've had Gateway Fiber service for a week now. I'm paying for gigabyte speeds. Like one reviewer said - the wireless router that their service comes with is holding it back. It's a Plume router with Wifi 6 only, not even Wifi 6E. My brother-in-law has Quantum Fiber in their area and their free router has Wifi 7 and his speeds are significantly faster, constantly hitting over gigabyte download and upload. Other than that, the install was pretty easy, just waiting for the follow-up crew to come bury the lines.

Signed up for 2 Gig, we were told only 1 Gig is actually able to come into our home. Our tech guy, Chanze was great, but even he couldn't make the install work and he tried everything. We were supposed to get a call from a supervisor yesterday, but no call was made to us. We run a small business and have been down for two days - using hotspot and our previous carrier. Much time wasted in taking down the old carrier, trying to install, test and problem solve, buying an Orbi off Amazon to attempt at increasing our signal and then taking it all down and resetting up our current carrier. It appears this technology isn't ready (at least in our neighborhood). So disappointed.
