  Thank you. Thank you, Troy. Thank you Gateway Cycle Team, sales, service and support. I am a needy customer. I appreciate Gateway’s attitude, enthusiasm, honesty, knowledge, patience, PRICES, and kindness. Every interaction I have ever had, has exceeded expectations. As a customer with $10,000.00+ in 2025 at Gateway Cycle, I vote with my voice and wallet. You are my shop now and next year. Today, I didn’t break one-hour & 45 minute power records and plenty of PR efforts because of some “minor😂” adjustments to a stock Trek bicycle. I believe in the work I put into myself, my abilities, my equipment and the knowledge that I am supported by my pals at the shop. Gateway Cycle and @TROY have helped me beyond words. I am deeply grateful to have y’all in the neighborhood. That said, the new tubes, tires, handlebar, frame wrap, SOFTWARE UPDATES🤣😬!!!, components, ENCOURAGEMENT and BELIEF from the Gateway team have greatly improved my riding experience.   Absolutely the best bike shop. They have gotten brake issues on my brand new bike fixed under warranty from Trek. The free annual bike tune ups are worth the purchase through Gateway Cycle, saving $100.00 a year or more. Highly recommend and great customer service.

  If you’re in the market to buy a bike, accessories, or need service, go to Gateway Cycle. The pricing is fair and the level of customer care you’ll receive is second to none! Kyle L went above and beyond to help make my buying experience incredible. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, listens, never pushy, and guided me to a bike best suited for me. And instead of handing me my bike and a bunch of boxes filled with accessories, he asked, assembled and installed them!! Additionally, without inflating their prices, included in your bike purchase you get a free basic tune up (yearly) for as long as you own your bike!! Even though it’s not at all close to where I live, I’ll be going here for all my bike needs.
