  After living there for 6 years, Gate Park has been a wonderful place to live and I absolutely recommend it. The landlords are very pleasant to work with and are very straightforward and responsive with any questions. Maintenance does an amazing job at addressing any requests in a timely manner, as well as making note of any details added to the requests. My neighbors were some of the most pleasant people to live next to. The exceedingly seldom disturbances that happened from other units were always swiftly addressed and never became a prolonged issue. Noise from annoyingly loud cars on O street can be an issue, especially at night, but that's not the fault of this place, nor is it anything that management would be able to address. My time here was enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to rent an apartment here again if circumstances brought me back to Lincoln.

  This is a fantastic apartment complex. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and knew me by name from the first day I started living there. Would recommend Gate Park to anyone!

  The a/c unit flooded on the carpet and when we moved out they replaced the carpet and charged me for it

  they are so good to us. ifwe have an issue they are right there in a burry to fix it. :)
