  The experience was terrific. The first meeting with Felix Galvan, very professional to the crew with Mike Williams, Pedro and Jim , all involved were wonderful to work with. The finish work and concrete work completed by Felix Galvan Sr was also well done. We will highly recommend Gary Pool and Spa to anyone considering a new pool. Many Thanks, Alan and Sharon Lee

  I want to give a big thank you to Gary’s Pool & Patios for making my pool dream come true. I had many concerns which were put to rest. Felix Jr was my first encounter and was the reason I chose Gary’s Pool. Felix patience and professionalism was outstanding. Mike was the best foreman on the job. Took care of everything and made sure things got done properly and professionally. I especially want to thank Paul Zars for being a man of his word and going above and beyond to satisfy the customer by his company work ethic and commitment . I would definitely recommend Gary’s Pool. Their work is top notch.

  From start to finish, the entire process of installing our new pool with Gary's Pool and Patio was nothing short of outstanding. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and highly recommend them for their professionalism, expertise, and incredible customer service. Felix G. did an outstanding job and truly sets the standard for customer care. He was courteous, demonstrated deep pool knowledge (pun intended), and was highly responsive to all our requests. Most importantly, he was there every step of the way, providing guidance and assurance from the initial consultation all the way through to "pool school" at the end. The installation crews deserve immense praise as well. They performed fastidious work, ensuring the site was always kept clean and organized. They were courteous and responsive, showcasing remarkable flexibility when we needed to make a mid-process change—moving the pool a few feet over, which was not in the original plan. Their ability to handle this unexpected adjustment so seamlessly speaks volumes about their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the entire journey was enjoyable because the whole Gary's Pool and Patio team was easy to work with and incredibly flexible. Thank you for turning our pool dream into a reality with such professionalism!

  If you are in the market for a pool and considering fiberglass by Latham as your preferred option, look no further than Gary's Pool & Patio! We explored, spoke with and received several quotes from different companies and no others made us feel as comfortable as we felt with Gary's. From the very first interaction with Carlos, who was our sales manager, they made us feel informed, un-pressured. They gave us peace of mind based on their proven track record of more than 45+ years of experience within the south central Texas area. Peace of mind and great feeling is something you can't put a price tag on. Their entire team including Paul were professional and informed for these first time pool owners. Felix Sr who manages the concrete side of the business was just as great, very patient, recommended travertine options that would go with house well. Top to bottom this is a great company that puts the customer experience and happiness as priority #1. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our final result!
