I was not charged since they recommended I take it to the dealer since they have the software to diagnose. The second time I took my vehicle in was for something they found at the dealership. Garland reviewed the issue and stated that the issue was not really a problem. Both times they could have charged us but didn't. Rachel is very knowledgeable about cars. I would very highly recommend Garland. I know I will be utilizing them for both our cars future needs.
