  I’m a new resident on this property I looked over the place and I was well pleased with the grounds so welled groomed so I was scolded went n and met one of da best she was so professional kind with a smile the whole time I was there went that extra mile /with a smile so I was sold again and my stay there so far have been great great job BeBe you do it very well

  I have lived at Gardens on Griffin for the past 7 years. The community is always kept clean. The landscape is beautifully kept. Bibi the manager is always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She genuinely cares about the residents and the property. She is the best manager this property has ever had .

  I would like to thank our manager and handyman staff members for their continued assistance in resolving problems whenever they have ocurred in our unit. We've been living in this community for 5 years and the treatment has been excellent. Our actual manager Bibi has been a great professional and excellente person, always serviceable, attentive and great at making us feel like family. I hope she stays here always!! Just to give one out of many examples is today when we received a new stove just as promised sins our old one was giving us problems. God bless everyone in Garden on Griffin staff and Community. Att.   I love the community love and management Bibi treat there tenants with so much respect especially I travel a lot for work management. Was there to help me through everything in any problems or issues I had the community is so peaceful and Awesome people around the community and very nice great.
