  Service man installed my opener and the manual mentions the motion detector and I check and l do not have a motion detector to turn on the light. My old unit had a motion detector and he actually down graded my system. I called the company and they said for 30 dollars they will change it. I do not like doing business like that. He should have told me when he gave me a price it did not include a motion detector. And l would said l don’t want the opener then. Poor service or comunication .

  Rueben has installed a new opener at our last house. So impressed, I called Garage Door Services at our new house when both openers were not working right. I was planning to have 2 new openers installed. Rueben showed up and convinced me that both could easily be repaired, saving me a lot of money! Once again, I was very impressed with their honesty because of Rueben’s honesty. Plus, he completes his work so fast! I will never use any other garage door service company. Only Garage Door Services and Rueben!

  I moved into my home about a year ago. I gave these folks a call for a new garage door, it went great! The garage door looks fantastic and the service was amazing. Fast forward to today, after a storm my garage door opener stopped working, I called this company again and scheduled a service call. Brian was my technician and was extremely helpful and understanding what I needed. We ended up replacing the door opener and it went smoothly, Brian was here for less than an hour. Walked me through set up and maintenance. When I move homes, I'll definitely call these folks again for any garage door needs.

  Brian came out today to replace our garage door springs after one side snapped. The door was stuck pretty bad, but he fixed it all up in under an hour. Affordable and great service! Won’t use anyone else.

  Can't say enough good things here. They installed a new door / opener / track the whole thing in 2023. It was an easy install and our door has worked perfectly. Today August 2025...it decided to be a little temperamental and stopped working. I called, and within an hour the tech David was out our place. He was awesome, very friendly and let me watch him fix it as I like to learn stuff. I couldn't believe how fast they came and the door was fixed. You can't ask for much more than that.
