  Is this normally the sort of thing I'd go for? Honestly, I wasn't sure. I didn't think it was for me, but a good friend of mine recommended visiting and I'm glad I did. The clinic was lovely, friendly, and explained their whole process in a way that made it feel accessible. Losing weight and getting a better handle on my blood sugar are great, but really, the best part of my visit was that I had someone listen to me and is actively working with me to support my health goals.
