I love that the technicians take detailed notes on check-in, and the staff actually uses the information. I've been plenty of places where I have to answer the same 30 questions every time a new person enters the room. Overall highly recommend this group!

Everyone that I met was kind and caring. They made my dog, Remi so comfortable. He usually has a horrible time at the vet, but seemed much less nervous today. - DNDominique NicoleAug 6, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. This establishment is overall very unprofessional and the manager Jen was especially awful. The tech that I talked to on the phone the morning before our appointment was so polite and knowledgeable I think her name was Naomi, I was hoping everyone there would be as nice but boy was I wrong. Jen's whole demeanor was condescending and rude, as if helping us was an inconvenience and us asking questions was wrong. Or stupid. I will not be returning. Would not recommend.
