  Since moving in nearly 10 years ago, we've struggled to find the right window coverings for the three large arched windows on the front of our home. I'd pretty much resigned to the fact that passersby would always be able to catch a glimpse of me walking to the fridge in my underwear, or swatting at the air like a crazy person while wearing my VR headset in the living room. Thankfully, my wife met Melissa through her work and found that Gallery of Shades could help us! We soon after met with Marshall, who came out to measure our windows for the custom shutters we desired. He was awesome and thoroughly explained all of our options and made appropriate recommendations. When the shutters arrived, there were no surprises as Marshall had explained everything beforehand in detail. The installation went smoothly and painlessly. Melissa was great to deal with during the process as well. Excellent communication throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend Marshall, Melissa, and Gallery of Shades. The entire process was easy, professional, and exceeded our expectations!

  I purchased solar shades and plantation shutters from Gallery of Shades.   It is so rare to be wowed by customer service anymore. This is precisely why I felt compelled to share my awesome experience with Gallery of Shades. I have purchased the window coverings for my last two homes…a combination of Hunter Douglas blinds, shutters, and woven woods..from this family owned company. The process was seamless from start to finish. I did not feel "sold" rather that my needs were being heard and met. The products ordered were delivered on time, with no mistakes, and perfectly installed. My home looks like a model home, as a result, and I am proud to invite friends over.
