- MSMary SantosOct 2, 20255.0We had Galaxie replace two rooms with carpeting, and our basement with LVP tiles. Paige at the Bloomington store was very helpful in selecting products. Oscar & Harrison did an outstanding job laying the carpet, and also kindly helping us move furniture in and out of the rooms. Sheldon was a master at tiling. All of them were very polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend Galaxie Floors.

From Tracy putting up with my endless trips back and forth taking samples home, Kirk and Brian in customer service. Pablo and Gustavo did a wonderful job on my installation. Communication with all members was excellent. And when I had one small glitch at the end, it was taken care of promptly with no questions. Would definitely work with them again. I am SO HAPPY with my new LVP floors!!

Really professional and very pleasant to work with. I even got an additional visit to address a very minor issue that no longer exists. Will continue to do business with them!
