Their website is easy to navigate. Their flowers are stunning. The delivery fee is good and they don’t charge a service fee on top of the delivery charge which many places do. Great service & great quality.

We came in and immediately were greeted by a super friendly older gentleman. We chatted a bit and he gave me some info on a few plants before offering to be available if we had any questions. My partner and I wandered around the greenhouse area and picked up a number of plants and asked some questions to another lovely women before checking out. From the time we got there we felt super welcomed and comfortable with the employees who were wonderful. I almost didn't give Ganains another chance after the bad experience midtown, but Im so glad we did.

Their same day delivery not only made my friend's birthday extra special, but Gainan's made me look like a thoughtful friend by arranging for the flowers to arrive on her birthday. I will never buy flowers anywhere else. For this level of quality, selection and artistry, you'd expect to pay far more than what they charge. Leaving a little extra in my pocket to spend on something beautiful for myself from their wonderful gift store. I'm in love!
