    Jesus and Michael showed up to perform the work. They are deeply skilled and knowledgeable in our Mitsubishi mini split and HVAC systems in general. Its been tough to find good mini split help. They gave a lot of confidence in the assessment and work that was performed. It was a difficult install due to choices our builder made in the line routing and I appreciate that they stuck with it, working longer than planned to see it completed. Total professionals!

    GAC continues to provide the highest quality customer service. We had our semi-annual HVAC service checkup the other day. As usual, our tech was very thorough and informative, including providing short videos to show the condition of our equipment. While we are still in good shape, having some visuals showing areas to keep an eye on, is very helpful. I can honestly say that of the several different techs we've had come to our house to perform checkups and repairs over the years, everyone of them has delivered professional, informative and nothing short of outstanding service. Keep up the great work GAC!!

    Short wait for diagnostic visit, great communication from technician, correct diagnosis and fixed on stated schedule. Took pictures of the issue and the fix when done, and sent the pictures to me as the process unfolded. Highly professional and courteous staff. Pricing seemed appropriate for the problem. I signed up for a service contract. These folks know their business and do it well.

    GAS Services is terrible. I called to have somebody come to help with an issue with my toilet. I was told that someone would be over shortly. That was at 4 pm. I called back at 5, 6, and 7, all 3 times I was told someone was coming and that I would get a call 1/2 hour before they would arrive. I called again at 9:30 and was told nobody was coming, and that it was now after hours. I asked why nobody called to tell me my appointment had been cancelled, and the person on the phone said they did not know. I asked to have a manger call me.

    If you're looking for a reliable, efficient service provider who shows up when they say they will, GAC isn’t it. We've had four separate experiences that would have made me think twice before choosing them for major system maintenance: No-Show #1: Scheduled service between 8 AM and 5 PM. We rearranged our day. They never showed. No text, no call, no explanation. No-Show #2: After we followed up via their text system, a rep confirmed the tech would be there at 8 AM sharp the next day. Again—no one came. We reached out again and were told the 8 AM time was a mistake, and someone might be in touch with a new ETA. We are still waiting for that text. Surprise Visit: On another day, a tech just showed up—no appointment, no heads-up. He said he was “in the area.” We were home, so we let him service the units. It took forever. Yes, thorough is good, but this was four hours of being stuck in work calls while someone worked around us. We asked them again to flag our account: appointments only, please. The Sales Pitch Visit: The very first time they came, they did show up on schedule (so, one star for that). But once the service was done, it turned into a weird sales pitch. iPads out, suggestions for upgrades and upcharges. It dragged on so long that we honestly weren't sure when they'd leave. Four hours, maybe more. Bottom line: If punctuality, professionalism, and communication matter to you, keep looking. GAC was a consistent letdown.
