  Truly do not know how this company is operating. The only responses I get are from an ai bot. Every year when it’s time to renew my lease they do not send me the renewal documents until I ask for them - multiple times. I have been trying to contact ANYONE with red tail for weeks and it’s been radio silence. They are not complying with section 42 guidelines and have failed to ever do my recertification process correctly and on time. Again, how is this leasing company operating?? I’m convince no one works for gaar Scott at this point… Oh and when they say they’ll follow up under bad reviews, they don’t. I’ve reported them to HUD and waiting for resolution 👎

  Stunning high ceiling and windows loft with a unique layout. John was extraordinarily patient and amenable with all of my questions, timeline and requests. He was responsive via text and call.

  Management is non existent. I have had charges added to my rent that should not be there and no one will return my emails to have to matter resolved. the units are nice sure, as long as you don't have issues where reaching out to management is required. zero amenities and packages are stolen 90% of the time. save yourself the headache and money and dont move here.
