Just returned from 3 day 2 night dove hunt. In my 35 years of hunting both Central and South zones, this was by far the worst experience. We hunted one field 3 times where the 19 hunters in our group averaged 3.5 birds per hunt. Our guide admitted to me that I knew more about dove than him. He was an exotic guide pressed into service for dove hunting. The night before our final morning hunt the owner berated two in our group in such a manner that the following morning he publicly apologized for his inappropriate behavior. This facility, in my opinion, is a big game ranch first and foremost with dove hunting as a castoff activity. Don’t waste your time and money here for dove. Too many other options with serious dove outfitters.
