Excellent personalized service with a hometown feel and comparable rates. When you call your needs are taken care of immediately, and with kindness. On delivery of propane my son is always so excited to see the big truck, and the drivers are so friendly. Would recommend Knapps to anyone needing plumbing and heating service locally.

Not only is Knapp very professional their response time is more than satisfactory. We have tried to support our local businesses in Whitney Point and highly recommend Knapp. However in this day and time an email address would be a great additional form of communication with them.
