I learned more about my 15-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator during his visit then i have understood the entire time.I've had it. He was helpful without being condescending . He listened, ask questions and saved me a lot of money by figuring out the problem was not a compressor as I feared.. anotherbTechnician could have charged me a ridiculous amount. And I would never have known the difference. At the end of his service call, He made sure to point out that there is a 90 day guarantee on his work. And if a problem came up they would come back over and fix it gratis. Incredible!

When it comes to home support experts, I feel like you usually get either people who know what they are doing but aren't nice or people who are nice but don't know what they are doing. But all of the technicians at GH are knowledgeable and very friendly, especially Gil and Justin. They go above and beyond to help you any way they can and don't try to bilk you, providing multiple options and total price transparency. Justin has come out twice to fix our washer (the second time I didn’t have to pay a dime due to their 90 day service warranty) and had it working in less than 10 minutes. Both times I called to schedule an appointment, they were able to fit us in the same day or the next day. I will use this company over and over again for all of our future appliance repairs!
