  Michelle did an excellent job explaining the whole process to us. She is so friendly and really cares about the entire process, not like you’re just a transaction. Our carpet installers were great and quick and we love how it looks.

  Decided to go to a highway carpet store which is usually against my better judgement but the reviews were great. Michelle was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The reviews were correct. No up sell which turns my off quickly. Prices were very good, rug was in stock and Michelle called me several times to discuss price and delivery options. The crew of three were here on time and worked clean and neat. I was glad to see a crew of three on a Saturday morning because they were not here all day. The rug looks great and the job was completed as expected. I would suggest this company to anyone.
