    Having an issue using my card. They lock me out all the time, apparently part of a "fraud safety" protocol. Incredibly inconvenient at many times. Spoke with three different people today, one that said it was fixed, one that said she'd call back and never did, and one that put me on a "short" hold of 10 minutes, and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. Card still not working. What happened to this place? Have been with them for 20+ years, never had issues like this before. Incredibly disappointing. Strongly considering moving my accounts and mortgage to a different institution.

    Just found out it's harder now to cash checks I only had 5.oo in my account they whould cash 3 days in advance now they will not let me even with check coming in bank on the first big changes at bank might have to make a big change .
