    I took my Nissan in for its 60k mile maintenance and totally expected to hang out for a few hours. To my surprise, the service advisor (Christopher Atterberry) offered to get me a Lyft to take me home and bring me back so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. I don’t exactly live very close so I was really surprised and grateful for the offer. This allowed me to get back to work for a bit longer and made me feel like a valued customer. I haven’t taken my car anywhere else for maintenance and will continue to bring it to Future Nissan of Roseville for as long as they continue to go above and beyond to make their customers feel valued. This is something that is so lacking in many places so thank you Chris at Nissan!

    AC/Defroster system needed to be repaired, oil change. They recommended changing the lines. They replaced the lines and the air was weak and wasn’t blowing air at full capacity. I left the car there another day and let them know the problem wasn’t fixed. They called back and said it was my air filter. It apparently isn’t a part of their inspection when you have an oil change completed. (Keep in mind I had the glove compartment removed for easy access prior to giving them the vehicle to be serviced.) When I got the car my old air filters were on the floor of the passenger side instead of being thrown away which caused a mess. The air still wasn’t blowing cold. They didn’t even bother to check test the temperature of the air before returning the car to me. Nissan of Roseville charged me 1,000 and the problem isn’t fixed. The service they provided was far below average/ it was terrible. They didn’t resolve the AC issue. I don’t recommend taking your car to Nissan of Roseville because they are untrustworthy. They are just trying to make their numbers to boost revenue in the repair department. It’s clear that they provide sloppy work and aren’t thorough. I tried giving them a second chance to fix the issue and they were let’s just say lazy and didn’t fix the issue. They didn’t even bother providing me a complimentary wash after all the inconvenience. Nissan of Roseville sucks!

    Scheduled an appointment on the phone with someone from the service department for a Saturday morning. I live almost 2 hours away from the dealership so i make sure to confirm that my vehicle will get a proper diagnostic. The day of the appointment, I get there only to be told that they don’t have time to do the diagnostic and won’t be able to get looked at till Monday and have everything ran through the warranty. Their solution was for me to pay for a rental and wait to hear from them to see what all would be covered under my warranty. Prior to making my appointment I had spoken to a finance person to confirm I still had active warranty (which I did) so to be told they needed to check into it, put a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up agreeing on the rental as I needed my car fixed. I ran a few errands while in Roseville and during that time I decided that it would be better to take my car to a local dealership. At most my car was at the dealership for about 2 1/2. - 3 hours. I get there and tell them I want my car back and they tell me there would be a charge for the work that was done to it. They did the diagnostic, changed the oil per my request and also charged me for the rental. For them to have told me they didn’t have time and wouldn’t be able to service my car and finding out it was a lie made me very upset. I had no issues paying for the oil change, but the diagnostic and rental were covered under my warranty. They were not able to give me a reason why I was lied to. I will not be going back to them nor recommending anyone to them.

    If I could give 0 stars I would . I had a 7:45 appt on a Saturday and brought it in a little early. I was told they were short staffed and it could be a 2 hour wait . I was fine with that . I went in for a full synthetic oil change . Tire rotation, and asked for them to top off my fluids . I had a 89.95 coupon and was told that my total was 145 and change . I asked if that included the coupon and they my advisor Logan said yes. I paid it . I went to my car and the washer fluid light was still on. I went back inside to let Logan know and he came out and apologized then filled the washer fluid . The light went off. I decided to thoroughly look through my paperwork to see what was done . I did not get the walkthrough video and the paperwork did not show that the tire rotation was done. I went back inside ,second time, to let Logan know . He had to take my car back around to the service tech Mario . I waited again then he brought it back. I checked my settings and the service tech didn’t fill my tires to the psi off 33 that showed on my paperwork. I was pissed mind you I drove all the way from Sacramento since their location closed down. This will be the last time I come here . For paying 145 , and them being Future Nissan I was expecting more competency . Never again. I have a Nissan Maxima Platinum Reserve and take great care of my car. I was expecting better….
