Impossible to get a hold of and can’t do any help for you. Their manager Marcus is so unprofessional and never able to help his customers out. He has such a negative attitude and has a negative impact on the business. He’s very unwelcoming and not able to help it’s all fun and games there he’s for himself and don’t care about the consumer. Take your cars to any dealership other than. This one you will be much better off. As long as Marcus the service manager is working there I will never step foot back in this place. Save your hassle go somewhere else.

They cleverly added $1200 for the pre-installed theft protection device in the taxes and fees on top of the agreed upon price of the car which actually included the amount already. When I saw the breakdown later and asked they said : you agreed on the finance amount. Ridiculous. Make sure you ask the breakdown of everything in the beginning to not be a victim like me. I will update the after sales service later

Very bad customer service so more than one months im came to this location and looking my warranty check every time told me we send the email to back office and back office call you next day so im waiting all weeks no one call me so im back to delarship again and to me I send the email to back office and call you so what's happen not call me again so it's the very very bad customer service so want to sell the car to you it's every one it's super nice but want give you your money back or help you it's bad so I hope some one can fix this im never had that customer service at all this is horrible customer service

Nick and Chris were very helpful, and dealt with my stubbornness like true professionals. As with all car dealerships, expect a certain amount of pushiness, while there was less here at Nissan, they're still car dealers trying to make a sale. That said, I basically knew what I wanted, and tried a few different cars, but stayed with my original intent. When the vehicle I wanted wasn't on their lot, but instead at the dealer in Concord, they brought it to the Roseville location for me to pick up the next day. They gave me a fair trade for my car, and a decent loan without destroying my credit score looking for the best lender. When all is said and done, my future purchases will be through the Future automotive group. I will be sending along friends and family to Nick and Chris! Thanks so much!
